It's not a public offer but it can still be purchased (in the reach of) by the existing holders (MW friends and supporters!) through those underwriters.
This was said on the anns. yesterday:
"Public offer to raise a minimum of $2.4m at $0.02 per share which is proposed to be underwritten and for which strong demand has been shown by existing industry participants and Intiger’s national stakeholders and clients"
No probs for me anyway. I have also bought at 2.2c now. I am selling my other shares, and will only hold SRT from now on.
