Correction: Those previous calcs were based on 2x recent U ebitda - but I would assume the covenant is based on u EBITDA = 63.8 (h2 15)+52 = 115.8. Net debt at $320m makes the leverage ratio 2.8x Which is under 3. So six months breathing space til the next test maybe.
