I just bought in before the close today, I was considering getting in yesterday and so glad I didn't pull the trigger. The information presented in the announcement does not warrant the decimation of the share price that has been seen over the last 3 days unless there is something they are not telling everyone and they have just told the ASX that there is no more to tell. At the end of the day these guys are a pretty solid IT Services business and would be very attractive to some of the larger global players to build Australian Capability and mid market scale which will be needed now that CSC has picked up UXC.
