What happened in America could have been opportunistic. I would say the SA is playing shorts and long as well, which means they would have to cover sometime. Regardless of the production cost, keeping the natives at bay is the worry ATM

We can never be 100% sure of the exact situation. Is US in it with SA to damage Russia's economy?
