Alex your a nob. Andrew Grech is a hero with balls to back his company unlike you an nobody arm chair critic with no dough to be credible. AG has shown more courage by lobbing in $11m plus Ken and the other management.
Quite disgraceful and cheap to have a shot at these guys. Buffet , Jack Welch, and so many CEO have ballsed it it up with other peoples money on aquisition. PSD is not a failure yet.
