While the market anxiously awaits Federal Government approval for the Coburn mineral sands mine, Gun release an announcement today which has the potential to change everything. Noranda, the large Canadian copper miner which bought into the Mt Gunson tenement through Falconbridge have announced they have engaged a drilling contractor to commence drilling the first seven holes at Mt Gunson.

Drilling will commence in one months time. Noranda have through their own work identified an anomoly 4km wide by 7km long which they will be testing.

This has the capacity to be huge. They are looking for an Olympic Dam type strucure similar to the one recently discovered 18 km from Mt Gunson.

Do your own research but it will be a heady time through the drilling for holders who are waiting for Coburn to get up and running.
