I think it is normal and understandable, as it will take a while for the uranium price to go up before we can see some real action on pdn sp, so some of the investors may think there are better places to invest during the time between.
I myself prefer to accumulate it now (which I did) with such a low price. I'm not worry at all just need some patient to go with it, we'll be rewarded in the long term.
