    can we assume that the drillers received shares at 0.0114 dollars and not cents?
    i.e. 1,749,988 shares at $0.0114 (~$19,950) and not 1,749,988 shares at $0.00114 ($1,995)

    If the latter, might pay to sell all shares and try buyout the drilling co
