Phoned the company for the first time today and spoke to someone in investor relations. She couldn't provide any more details regarding the Summa Dispute, but suggested that if there were an update then it would be provided with the Quarterly (which is due to be released by the end of the month ~ most likely Friday).
Unfortunately that's the best I could do, but the company contact did suggest I could call back any time with shareholder questions.
