Moroccan children haven't changed, I spent 6 weeks in Morocco in 1983 and again in 2000, there is little that can be said thats nice about them, most are thieving, dishonest rude and obnoxious. Even when I parked my vehicle I would have to pay up to a dozen of them to watch the vehicle otherwise they'd smash it. Refuse to pay them and they'll either throw rocks to break windows or scratch the car. Obviously there are a lot of nice Moroccans but they are few and far between. The good ones are a delight and very helpful, but so few of them, its a shame as its an interesting country. In 1983 I broke down on the edge of the Sahara and it took two weeks to get a repair done. I thought I'd never go back but did in 2000 to find the place worse than before. Now, I would never want to go back, I've seen enough to last a lifetime.
I'd say from the story that they have brought their practices from Morocco to Sweden.

Agree, if you tourist through there you are instructed what to offer them like pencils or whatever because if other things are offered all out war starts!
