Regarding cash receipts, there will always be companies that drag their heels paying the bills, I work in Recruitment and the bigger companies are the worst, I had a team of 30 contractors at one of Australia’s household name companies and was constantly being asked to chase outstanding amounts by our credit dept, sometimes in the $100K’s as they would always pay late (past their 90 day payment terms) and then sometimes they would lose invoices so I am sure the Reffind team is chasing the money owing so cash receipts do no bother me it’s the billing amount that I am looking for a big increase in!
