As HotCopper Diary pointed out in its news section some time ago (http://hotcopper.com.au/resources/cudeco-boss-hunts-down-shareholder-over-posts.139/#.Vqf5OCp96hc), lawsuits to silence critical commentary usually end very badly for the company. They were referencing Cudeco, who sued HC to find the identity of a poster.
Within a short time the founder chairman Wayne McCrae was pushed out by shareholders:

Then the shareholders revolted:

Meanwhile, the sp has fallen from $1.70 to $1.11, and there are whispers about its viability. So while legal intimidation may seem tempting for OSL management, I think maybe allowing public debate about a public company may prove to be the wisest course.
