I can't see them likely to get a worthwhile cash flow positive producing asset without depleting the cash too much.
I therefore hope it is exploration, playing to their strengths, and hopefully something that success with the current plays would add value to (as Roc has apparently to Cerberus).
Always apprehensive about "transactions" but their recent deals have proven fairly astute.
