Yes, the ann was a little disappointing to some. Why? Because it came from ECT-Australia. The deal we are doing is via ECT-India. I knew there would be no $$$funding details, because ECT-India requires permission for foreign investment via the Indian Government. This has not yet been applied for, but, IMO, is in the pipeline, and NLC/NMDC/ECT financing can not be settled / declared until this eventuates - when it happens I'll let you know. So many holders claiming to have done business in India should have red-flagged this already, but failed to do so.
IMO, ECT know the exact funding structure, but if Menzies wants an out, better to give it to them at this SP than anything higher; leading to more screaming and cries of "insider trading" if that were the case.
Okay, there is frustration, but the boys on the board aint stoopid
