CCI Holdings (CHL) has just announced it's unaudited results for the FY ending June 30 2006.
Revenue reached a new peak of 59.8M up 14.5% on '05.
NPAT was also a record 3.357M or 2.53cps.
EBITDA was up 44%.
EBIT was up 68%.
Net cashflow was +4.8M (conservatively only 1.35M of this will be paid out as dividend this time, but potentially much higher dividends can now be paid)
05/06 P/E ratio: 12.6
06/07 P/E ratio: 8.8 (assuming same growth as 05/06)
The company will pay a 1c ff dividend in mid Nov, with the dividend record date being Nov 1.
Later this month the company will be isssuing a targets statement in reply to the CPB bidders statement offering to buy CCI shares at 31c.
This statement will talk about future levels of profitability and growth prospects for the business, and expose the 31c offer from CPB as opportunistic and grossly inadequate.
There is lots more upside to come on this stock.
