They have played it safe here @dt7 and I think that KB may have influenced this disclosure. It's better to forecast nothing as they're not exactly sure when the plant will come back on-line and just in case there are further delays.
For instance, if they forecast a revenue amount and don't hit it then it looks bad. However if they forecast for no revenue and the plant comes back on-line sooner than expected, then some revenue will be generated and the results look better.
It's really nothing to worry about.
