No that's wrong I think. WPL may want to rectify Ching immediately (as I'm sure HDR do) but they have repeatedly stated that it won't be until October manily due to shortages of completion equipment world-wide.

If any of you think WPL is going to walk away think again .. how would that look on their CV when trying to join other JVs??? And unless they are producing at Ching and elsewhere is Mauritania they acn't get btheir costs back.

Lousy week I have to say ... wasn't HDR at $1.95+ just last week??????????????????????
