i agree with what your saying and i believe your comments are coming from frustration, the same frustration we are all feeling, to have our destiny held by this decision is a punish.
i will remind holders that even with current nickel prices where they are axiom is probably one of if not the only nickel player who can still turn a healthy profit at current prices, as we have all seen nickel mines are closing up everywhere, yet if we start (Pending COA) we will manage to be in full swing for the correction in nickel price. Also although LME stocks are still in good supply globally there is a large gap with nickel saprolite developing globally especially in the Asia region.
i got no new news from SI myself, but we must excercise caution in the way we press the courts (im the first to say the time taken is a absolute joke) but we cant attempt to strong arm the courts when our destiny lies in their hands, we have waited 5 years.... i can wait a little longer....

Axiom does occasionally surprise holders with something from left field, and after all the pain we have gone through we are due for a break.
