    it is not as bad as all that...the notes must remain listed no matter what happens........if Packer wants his money back he always has to pay out the hybrids at some stage....but I agree it could be a long wait without much cashflow in the worst case scenario.

    he is a deal maker so he will come back to market at some stage if he does privatise it as he doesn't really want Crown Melb and Perth
