Good luck, hope it works out but this is no startup. Maybe a worthy punt, you need to ask yourself 'what is the upside'? How can this be profitable in any way organically. A takeover is the only hope imo.

If you held this for 2 years you would understand the business model was better then. They lost far less cash and almost broke even once.
