Home Energy built a storage tank at Broome Jetty in the 1980's but Kimmberley Oil sold it to BP who now use it to store diesel. Also Broome port has a reef offshore which limits size of vessel to 14 m draft.
The idiots at Broome both Kimmberley land council and the greens can sit and wonder for all that I care.
They have cost the region in excess of $1 billion in royalties and training for the locals.
