I wish in this case I could agree, it says it was (a)/(b) as a percent, well taking that:
2,470,362 (a) / 703,560,065 (b)
where a is short sold and b is issued shares
This yields 0.0035 which as a percentage is 0.35%
I was also under the impression before this was 35%, interesting revelation to be sure.
EDIT: furthermore I saw one yesterday >1, which would not make sense.
