Big business employs less employees than small business
Raise taxes and most big business can cope
Whereas small business will reduce costs to compensate
Laying off staff is the easiest course to take when reducing costs

It's quite simple as any small business person will explain if the government is willing to listen to the small business people.... forget abut listening to the government appointed minister and spokesman who is the one who do not listen to business just there to make promote government policy (taxes) and blindside the voters and small business into accepting bad policy

Raise taxes
Less money to spend
Businesses lose money
Businesses put off staff
Unemployment rises
Less money to spend
Business profits down

Oh look the economy is spiralling down

Quick have an election while we can still blame the last bloke
