    Jan 29 (Reuters) - Padbury Mining Ltd (PDY) :

    • Says subject to the finalisation of the proposed capital raising the company

      will remain in suspension

    • Says company is still finalising the further proposed capital raising with

      the relevant investors

    • Says anticipated an announcement updating the market will be made on or

      before 29 February 2016
