yes that's correct. they funded their operations by borrowing $17mil from Discovery and Orbi
then they also received $17mil in receipts from customers 1.1. (could be sales, could be Amgen deposit too)- if Amgen didn't actually pay their money before Dec 31st uni wouldn't have to declare it in this report. However if it was paid before Dec 31st that means actual sales were "only" $2.7mil
