Feed-Mate is manufactured under licence for the UK and Irish market by B2B Nutrition, the trade arm of the Denis Brinicombe Group.
Originating in Australia under the Udder-Mate brand it has been made available on a global basis by Integrated Animal Health (IAH) and is a feed additive that is taking the worldwide dairy industry by storm.
Working with recognised research institutes such as Kansas State University and the Northwest Missouri State University in the USA, Feed-Mate has been extensively trialled in over more than 20,000 dairy cows with some outstanding results as shown in figures 2-4.
Primarily sold as an additive to progressive feed manufacturers, Feed-Mate has particular application in compound feeds although it can be incorporated also into minerals and TMR packs for feeding from the early transition period and throughout lactation.

UK trials are now underway and Feed-Mate is also being used on a selected number of commercial dairy units in order to gather data and confirm efficacy in the UK and Irish dairy herd. It will be go on commercial sale in summer 2016 with a planned awareness campaign throughout the feed industry.
The rollout campaign will also see a series of farmer meetings held throughout the territory where the Feed-Mate story will be explained and commercial units will be offered the opportunity to share in its success.
