Every single time I see a hole ceased right before the conductor due to "ground conditions" it seems to be driller speak for looks like we missed the conductor, better do a down hole EM so we can know exactly where we should be drilling, if it really was just ground conditions a down hole wouldn't be needed would it, in any case it's not a great sign.
Hopefully they get Siam sorted pronto that drill hole looks money to me, one way or another we will know soon cause it either gets sorted or they have to release the drilling rig, drilling or not it costs you $ every day it's out there, I know in Australia it's around $4k a day, cheaper over there no doubt, but it still adds up.
