I suspect the issues associated with SNE 1 and FAN 1 was a good enough reason to build some fat into this budget.
As someone who plans for drilling programs (base metals) you are either damned if you do or dont. If you hit crappy ground the first season, and go over you get pummeled for over spending....then add some fat and the drilling goes smooth you get pummeled for over estimating. We would have had to do this forth hole anyway....better now than in 18 months when we get another round of rig bookings.
