This is fair enough to a point. But it really depends on what you would consider "risk sharing"? POC1 have an equivalent of 100 FTE on this project, where as we may have had 3 or 4 scientists working on it at any given time?. What exactly do you consider to be a "joint reward"? I would be pretty happy if the final royalty landed in the 3-10% range.
