agree. my broker's valuation on CWP has never been under $7 although it is hovering below $4.50 now.Big part of investment in WA doesnt necessary mean it gonna go bust. The management is great and current divident is good. Market price doesnt always reflect the value.
Plus you can be eligible to get 5% discount on some of CWP project if you purchase the land from CWP.
Seriously, 5% discount on a land price worths, at least, some attention...
