If 3.3m have downloaded WP,,,

From just two catagories and there are many more but for illustration ,,,

1. How many did so as freebies and said "but there's no free app to app" ok I use my free minutes - lovely but I won't pay for more.

2. How many did so because the important calls need to be made on reliable quality short haul and pay for it.

Now introduce Free WP-WP and send out a notification to all downloads "new version available with free app to app"

How many of the 1. freebee users rush out and tell more than one friend to download it !? Heaps IMO .

(Half the twits expect the same call quality they experienced in the free minutes)

So what is going to happen to download numbers ? Sky rocket
What is the cost where no free minutes are given away ? Much lower

Again to those not paying attention

free app to app uses best compression available VoIP but NOT short haul VoIP .

So these free users are not getting the delux version that a paying customer does. And they may notice the quality has dropped to regular VoIP in comparison to their free minutes on short haul .

Marketing needs to continue to differentiate its self with its quality and reliability of the short haul VoIP - so all freebie users are aware of it.

At some point any of the skyrocketing download base - will need to make an important call, and maybe as world credit affords them several great products - might use it on one or more.
