What do you think could entice those option holders to start converting? What about the concept of management coughing up a few dollars?
As for a potential CR best not to leave it too long. Even if they put one away at 4-4.5, as with the 23c PLS recent CR, that had no lasting effect but gave many of us another bite at the cherry so to speak. I'd be more than happy to go for a few if 4.2-4.5 was offered on market.
