Too late now. lol. but still an ave 20% below the proposed raise.
Never really liked GAL or MOO's aqs or structures but this one is pretty tight and I do like the proposed product and the Nuheara team's experience in developing a previous industrial hearing product to international company.
Didnt both GAL and MOO have to consolidate to raise which WAC has not had to do. It has not had any of the hype that those shells had and are you sure they have the same players involved. (only a brief squizz but couldnt see any similar parties but it is late).
As I have said previously i dont play the shell game but if the aq and terms appeal then I will have a bite.
