Packer you have brought this point up many times and I agree to a point. Yes when CN sold her options to convert 4m to shares it had the effect of capping the SP but a lot has happened since then and if you follow PJ's spread sheet FAR shares should be lower with the current OP and future CR.
We should all be looking to see what CN does after SNE is declared commercial, will she sell her options/shares and be free carried or will she convert all her options? will be a good indicator for the future of SNE
