There really is a perfect storm forming but instead of getting into the front foot SGH is still in reactive mode, waiting until something has occurred before either saying something or advising a particular outcome.

They need to get some headroom developing but things like the OPEX cuts, suspending the dividend, cutting staff (at least 10-15% so at least 535 - 800 depending on whether you take the Jun30 5350 numbers or the Dec15 5500 Brightstar numbers), are either still in their infancy or still reflecting as a thought bubble at this time. That's the problem. Leaving everything very late indeed.
