Standard practice. They are shaking the tree hard one last time to try to trigger stop losses and take shares cheaply. Multiple orders of 100 shares are executing over and over to try to drive down the price. It's nothing to worry about, market will take care of it when it opens. This delay could cause a spike in the Shareprice I believe, they deal appears done so those who were sitting on the sidelines may enter the foray.
