    Earnings are a pretty useless metric in this situation. I recall people often defending DSH on the basis of earnings but in hindsight they had poor cash flow (negative) and this led to their demise.

    The best way to value SHJ is to look at cash flow and debt levels. With this in mind I think SHJ is currently mildly undervalued. If cash flow conversion can improve I believe it may soar, but this is hypothetical.

    All IMO and dyor, this is a complex industry. The HY report should shed some light.
