Hi Slura - Geoff has a sales and marketing background. If the meeting was a dead set certainty he would definitely be using more absolute language rather than the vague "planned". He doesn't want to get in trouble with the ASX re: continuous disclosure rules so "planned" it is when describing the meeting and and not "set", "scheduled", "established", "arranged" etc. Many mining companies for example "plan" to explore and drill and never do - the plans don't come to fruition and therefore they do not fall foul of the ASX.
By way of example, I have planned to meet with Miranda Kerr in February 2016. She doesn't know about this but in my mind/as in Geoff's mind - we have "plans" and therefore the ASX can't touch us.
