There seems to have been a lot of selling in EVN in the last week by a big seller. Looks like the buyers are coming in and going to take this through $1.50 hopefully on a permanent basis. With the current price of gold near $1600 AUD their free cash flow should be around 130 million for the quarter if they reach the upper level of their production targets which is a 30% increase in cashflow going forward. Believe we should see $2 in the coming few months if gold stays at these levels or rises just slightly. EVN is by far my largest holding and with around 35% hedged at $1600 for the next 2 and a half years there is little risk unlike a lot of other stocks at present.
