Not a hope of getting it for that PZ....the biggest shareholders are not interested in selling at that price. I don't think they will get much of a reaction until it is 10c plus, probably more.... but all IMHO....time will tell..... I think they will come back with a bigger offer if not many shares swap hands, which looking at the sell stack shows the offer is way off the mark!
