I am not sure of the exact date but I think it is November this year.
They may be able to do a deal with the tenement holder as I cannot imagine that he wants it back as a bust which would be almost worthless to him. The holder would probably be better off coming up with an extension in the hope that something can still be achieved.
This is all just the ravings of a madman so remember I am only guessing.
