Do I expect good news? No. I expect writedowns and a hit on expected cashflow.
However, the share price is already priced for worst case scenario.
SGH is not Dick Smith.
It has a rock solid Australian business generating cash that has been around for 80 years.
The UK arm is looking at closing 2 locations. They currently have 27 offices in the UK.
Mooted law changes in the UK won't take effect for at least 18 months.
Some sort of restructuring isn't unexpected in these circumstances.
Notwithstanding the own goals from the management team, there is nothing that indicates potential insolvency.
