it could be being done to guarantee settlement first week of april, the 60 days transaction settlement.

and amused observer such a guarantee swings a definite deal if heaven forbid for some wild reason of general market panic AHF's sp in last week of march for some inexplicable reason beyond imagination is below 25 cents. in ta gap theory at 20cents rules.
