ive read stuff on underwriting, that might be right.
But I have 2 other theories. First sale has encountered snags, I tend to this view. Might be great opportunity to buy as market will overreact.
But my preferred view is that of the wolf of Wall Street ie major Chinese invester has taken large stake.
