Crowd established licensing and services agreement with professional group.
Crowd develops whitelabeled app for the professional group.

Professional group launches app under their name, but utilises Crowd's targeted marketing tools and micro-job platform to 'operate' the app. The professional group will provide the specialists who will provide responses to questions asked through the app.

Crowd earns either/combination of upfront development fee, ongoing licensing revenues or revenue share from paid messages.

Crowd won't take liability for professional responses.
