    er, what R&D are these people talking about? While I've seen lots of talk about funds arriving "shortly" and the "dampening" impact of low IR prices (as opposed to US$180 to US12o a tonne when were incapable of doing a deal either) I haven't seen much in the way of R&D over the past couple of years?
