I don't know .... but this announcement says 1 of 2 things.
1. Brett Heading's new role as partner of international law firm Jones Day doesn't permit him from carrying out his role as Chairman of Invion, and he must tender his resignation immediately or
2. Brett Heading has by and large completed his role as Chairman, and a deal is all but done.
I am leaning towards 2.
Reasons - I don't think Brett would leave a sinking ship, particularly after he loaned the company $200 k of his hard earned. He was appointed chairman because of his vast experience in MAA. In fact the firm he is joining is the biggest law firm in the world, specializing in MAA and IP. Press statement from Greg Collier
