MNE Directors Office same building as "Merchant" Corporate Advisor?

The Director of MNE Mr Willisee  is Director of Azalea Consulting located Suite 25/145 Stirling Hwy Nedlands and the
Corporate Advisor recommending share consolidation 400/1 at Resolution 16 and  referred to in RESOLUTION 3 page 17 Notice of General Meeting Document "Merchant Corporate" Office is located in the same building as MNE Director Mr Willesse's Office Merchant Coporate , Suite 43 145 Stirling Hwy Nedlands

In my opinion I think there may be a conflict of interest ? any  non defamation comments or personal opinions from other shareholders appreciated ..
