    the r&d return form part of the limited recievership and are 3
    being 2013 2014 2015 the are worth about 1m each
    the reciever have 2 of them which we assume were handed over to sheldon coates as he put fas into the recievership for about 2m to 3m ish . that leave 1 or roughtly 1m this may be enough to exstinguish the outstanding to SC and have some some surplus which will be in the hands of the reciever.
