Your mixing things up here Gov. Citicorp Nominees have been in the Top 20 since 2010, while the Magellan deal was only executed in early 2014.
Magellan appear to be on the way out from the Top 20, and will most likely give up the top spot this month. The question on this point was around what would J. Thomas Wilson do thereafter?
With regards Citicorp Nominees, they are most likely not affiliated with Magellan, the question there is who are they representing?
